The machines of the Fleximat-Series are stationary fully automatic computer controlled concrete block making machines of the modern generation for the manufacture of concrete products with or without face mix layer made of lightweight or high density concrete as hollow blocks, solid blocks, ceiling blocks, paving stones, curb stones, gras grate stones, water channels and many more. For the manufacture of the concrete products are used wooden pallets or steel plates.
The Fleximat-Series are manufactured in 6 types. The output capacity each hour is approx. from 720 up to 3.600 hollow blocks and from approx. 100 m² up to 300 m² paving stones. Dependent on the design of the concrete products a production height from 40 mm up to 400 mm can be manufactured.

The changing of the mould presents no problem thanks to the quick press-head and mould changing device and is done in shortest time.

The Fleximat-Series is specially designed for easy maintenance and strongly constructed. All parts of the machine are easily accessible. Mould and press-head guidances are equipped with wear-resistant synthetic slide bushes - exchange without dismantling of the guide pillars. The machines of the Fleximat-Series are:
