Product Description

This is pneumatic stationary machine that can produce about 6,000 four inch blocks per day. It can be equipped with an automatic elevator for loading mix into hopper. It requires a concrete mixer with a capacity of at least 300 liters to maintain a constant flow of blocks.
This machine requires a commercial grade air compressor of at least 20 cu.ft.

The machine as illustrated is the SUPERMAC, which features a pallet feeder, pallet ejector, cleaning brush for exit blocks and a run off conveyor. The SMB0100 is the basic model without the pallet feeder/ejector and exit conveyor with cleaning brush.

4 - 10 x 20 x 40mm (4") blocks per cycle or about 5,000/day
3 - 15 x 20 x 40mm (6") blocks per cycle or about 3,750/day
