This is the sketch map for simple block /paving making machine production line : High technology, high quality and versatile, this machine can be fit with the block stacker as the simple production line .it is a simple production line with certain production scale and suitable for medium -sized plant.
Layout proposal : The area needs  3000-3600㎡ .
This simple production line can realize immediate palletization and product of it has high density. The shortcomings of labor and field are also avoided. Just for block needs maintain on the pallets.
As for the Curing room (compression machine),we suggest that you should not prepare for ,so as to saving the investments.

Manpower :
Seven persons for this production line ,one for the host machine ,one for the forklift ,one for the mixing materials ,one for the batching machine ,three for the stacking .
Raw materials:
Sand ,fly ash, crushed stone ,dolomite and crushed marble must be small size(40/60 mm),mixing 10% cement .

Material feeding system :
special compulsion type of materials feeding structure and harrow for different moulds insure the procedures of compulsion harrow and second mixing ,which assure the equality mixture of crushed small size dolomite and crushed marble.

Vibration system:
Optimum structure shafts, which assure vibration distributed
Uniformly in the range of vibrating table ,thereby improves the uniformity and stability of the blocks produces better quality of product than before.

Distributing system :
The material distributing system mounted with multirow of stirring for scan quickly and evenly discharge the material into the mould box .
